WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES?

Reformer Pilates is pilates completed on a bed like frame with a moving carriage that can provide resistance or assistance via spring and tension choices. The bed consists of a footbar, platform, carriage and pulley for arms and leg straps. This all allows it to provide an endless diverse range of exercises.

WHO IS REFORMER PILATES GOOD FOR?

Those who want to increase strength, decrease pain, move easier and better, increase flexibility, increase core strength, reduce stress and anxiety, increase fitness with low impact, improve balance and have fun while they move.

I AM NEW TO REFORMER CAN I ATTEND?

At Empower Health classes are curated to suit all levels of experience and ages, because movement is important for everyone. So whether your new or a seasoned veteran we would love to have you come along. Classes can also be tailored for pre & post natal.

DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?

Yes, we would love to have guests, come join in the fun. Purchase a casual visit

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

We understand life is unpredictable but if you must cancel or reschedule we require notification 14 hours prior to class otherwise your payment will be forfeited. This helps us to ensure another pilates lover can take your place so no one misses out. 

If you do need to cancel within the 14hour window please contact us to see if we can help to accommodate.

Just bring yourself and a water bottle, grippy socks are helpful but not compulsory, we sell grip socks in studio if you want the extra power.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE ARRIVING?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class as classes will always start on time, wait outside until door opens, take shoes off on entry and place in shelves, wipe over all equipment at the end of class, thank you.
