Kelsea Burden
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Grew up on a farm in a big family and have had the pleasure of calling the beautiful town 'Narrandera' my home.
I’m an accredited Physiotherapist (Bachelor Exercise Science specialisation Rehabilitation & Masters of Physiotherapy). Over the past decade I have had the opportunity to experience a diverse range of opportunities.
I recently became a Mum to beautiful Bonnie. During this journey to motherhood I found the love of pilates. After seeing the effects of pilates and what it offered me during and after this special time. I decided to invest in this love of pilates so I could share what it has to offer with so many others, I completed my Cert IV in Matwork and Reformer Pilates.
I began my Physiotherapy career in private practice enjoying sports rehab, after developing a range of skills in this practice it was time to move on. I then worked in a Brisbane hospital across many areas for the past 6 years developing a passion working on the Neurology ward. Here I developed a keen interest in neuro rehab working with varying patients; post op spine and brain, post stroke, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s and autoimmune diseases.
My background in Physiotherapy allows me to develop targeted classes and programs to help individuals achieve their goals, with my comprehensive understanding of the human body and vast experience you are in the right place, whether it be for injury rehabilitation, pain management, fitness or fun.
